Honourable place of rest: St. John´s

Fra' Matthew Festing, Grand Master of the Order of Malta 2008-2017 (when dramatically ousted), who died this November, will have his place of rest in St. John´s Cathedral in Malta. No more honourable place of rest than this could hardly be conceived for the English Conservative! Since the Order left its *namesake nation* centuries ago, no other has been buried there again. When he made official visit to the island few years back it was cordially friendship between the heads of state. That was probably important for making the honourable funeral possible, loaded in symbolic value as it stands.
