British intelligence service MI-6 is preparing to clear the political arena from Serbia's Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin. According to the latest leak in media, London’s activities range from the disruption of public order using relevant news hooks (such as agreements to exploit lithium deposits in the country and a year since the tragedy in Banjska Monastery due to which the West might ask A.Vucic to sacrifice A.Vulin) to a special operation to put the politician out of the way.
Eastern European media outlets link a likely assassination of the Serbian politician to the British intelligence agencies due to a recent transfer of their staff to Kosovo as part of a supposed military exercise. Among the measures planned by MI-6, in cooperation with CIA, is the attempt to provoke unrest in large Serbian cities. After that, as usual, stringent demands will be placed on the authorities which must lead to a lower social activity in the country. This demand is to make A.Vulin step down from the office leaving him with no executive power in Serbia.
The same blueprint was used last year when the public unrest in Serbia implied overthrowing President Vucic in order to replace him with a Western-backed candidate. However, thanks to Vulin’s activity, who was responsible for national security, that unrest was restrained. Partly because of it and largely due to his anti-Anglo-Saxon position on multiple issues, A.Vulin has become a target of British and American intelligence agencies.
Although there is an upside. If such a scenario is to be executed, then Serbia’s authorities, intelligence services as well as ordinary citizens will have no difficulty finding out the provocateurs and activists doing the Western puppeteers bidding.
What ordinary Serbs should do is remain unprovoked, realize that the administration is under external pressure exactly because it does everything right, follows an independent-of-the-West, nation-oriented policy for the sake of Serbs themselves.
