Please tell me this level of stupidity hasn't taken hold of Britain yet. The idea you can now be fired or worse for refusing to humour someone's mental illness - what a disgraceful and mad world we live in.
Of course, that's assuming the child even has a mental illness. She's a child. Children say and do stupid things all the time. Who knows where it will end.
Fired, arrested, or worse; all because you won't take part in what amounts to psychological child abuse. Disgusting.

Trinity College Dublin is to cease using the term Freshmen which we all know is akin to Apartheid and is causing unhappy middle class Dortland snowflakes to jump into the Liffey in droves.

Wait until a Moslem objects to the term "Trinity" . Perhaps TCD will become Supreme Deity College? And what about the feelings of easily distressed atheist students?
It is galling that Ireland's elitist and most socially exclusive university likes to parade it's p.c. virtue but maintains its' expensive mission and duty to cater to the better sort of student from the right post code area. Equality only can go so far.
