Because Christians don't matter to these people. In charity there is also a widespread cultural historical religious ignorance of Middle Eastern history. Ancient pagan religions that go back millennia were persecuted by Isis as were Christian communities that go back to the first century AD. Islam in contrast comes along 6 centuries later and spreads primarily by violent conquest across the Middle East, destroys Christian North Africa and enters Spain France , the Balkans Italy Hungary and Austria by military means. And they are the religion of peace! Having being subjected to one failed Islamic conquest is it any wonder many European people are less than enthusiastic about embracing the current arrivals? The vilified crusades were an attempt to regain conquered territory but that spoils the perpetual moslem victim legend. Yes Servant christians don't matter. Perhaps it's even worse than that. Persecuted Middle Eastern non moslems are the real group that is hated and despised by our tolerant diverse society. |
