The Great Purge has begun

It does appear curious that you can publish pornography and burn the U.S. flag by appealing to the protection of free speech. The individual referred to has some odious views but that's the whole point of free speech.

I suspect this will( and should) end up in higher courts. The right generally has been very poor at using courts and the law to vindicate rights unlike the left who are adept at this tactic since the 1960s.
