The Vatican city state which enploys 5000 people,many lay, has said it will fire any one who refuses a Covid Vaacine. The small print may allow exceptions but this seems quite draconian.

Or planned design? Even more suspicious were the reports a year or two back that they had let in Huawei or another Chinese State control to install IT systems throughout. Then also wrote another dubious contract with the State-run "church" despite the terrible situation for the few faithful still despiced and hurt underground. What not to be expected in a future Conclave. Secular religion's Covid pass and monitoring from abroad, and no more free papers allowed in the old style voting procedure would be like yet another *modernist-driven* nail in a murkily darkened coffin. How ever much one wants to be open to every possibilty of misreading, this trend to target any hint of dissident opinions always looks more like political trouble than Evangelical living culture. Sincere hopes of a long time longed for return to sanity gets challenged every week still. Lent or not. |

I hate it when a state forces, or should I say blackmails, anyone into taking something like a jab. If this is true of the Vatican then they should hang their head in shame. |

I believe the Vatican official who promulgated the decree did a u turn on it when it was pointed out this was contrary to workers dignity, employment rights, natural justice, and medical ethics. Just the sort of thing Pope Francis would normally be quick to condemn. And rightly.
It does show the perils of clericalism at the top in 2021. I wonder how the fans of catholic integralism would put up with a world were clergy were in effective power?

To send out nasty proclamations from official posts is a disgrace in the first place. This last year the amount of such testings have become close to ridiculous. It may be from mainstream corners some well intended examples here and there perhaps, but even if so its debatable use - madly wrong plans only to be retraced after some critics take pains to speak - makes only for lowering of the targeted peoples' (less amused) support for the institutions doing it. Good point about integralism in practise this age, there all depend on the clericalists being too sloppy leading astray or not! :-D

Psychologically most sensible people are still tending towards compliance. Trying to make good out of the blah blah narrative from the officials and the more anonymous instigators behind the prolonged lockdown campaign and covid mark passes and the rest. But it doesn't make much sense. Even when falsaries are being exposed most people find it hard to believe how fooled we actually have got. This business is sickening from the start and what followed is at best material for a study in humane vulnerability against coercive strategy. How far we can look for truth in a pack of lies is a matter of prudence by now, and there is no use looking for a needle in a haystack if it was never put there by anyone thus worth an effort. Apparently most so called conservatives play the same game as the others so it is only a matter of delay until real Conservative men and women (in charge, not outsiders) eventually belated return and calls off the damned global tragedy. It could be done even today, easily. Only doubt question is next generation or this, and I'm afraid every single fact points to the answer "next".
Edit: by next was meant "after conversion" so thereby valid for contemporary or any generation... no future for a depraved this generation in the biblical sense.
